These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LuxRenov8 website at https://luxrenov8.ae and any renovation, fit-out, or related services provided by LuxRenov8 ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
LuxRenov8 provides professional renovation and interior contracting services in Dubai and across the UAE, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to a separate written agreement, scope of work, and quotation provided to the client before commencement.
3.1 All quotations provided by LuxRenov8 are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3.2 A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A project commences only upon signing of a formal agreement and receipt of the agreed initial deposit.
3.3 Any changes to the approved scope of work must be agreed in writing via a Variation Order (VO) and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
3.4 Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to applicable VAT as required by UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
4.1 Payment milestones are outlined in the signed project agreement. Typical payment structures include an initial deposit, progress-based instalments, and a final payment upon handover.
4.2 Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest charges and/or suspension of works.
4.3 LuxRenov8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project if payments are not received as agreed.
4.4 All payments are to be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods. Receipts will be issued upon payment.

Delays caused by client inaction or delayed approvals may result in revised project timelines and additional costs.
6.1 LuxRenov8 warrants that all works will be carried out in a professional and workmanlike manner using materials of agreed specification.
6.2 A Defects Liability Period (DLP) of 12 months from the date of practical completion applies to structural and workmanship defects attributable to LuxRenov8. This does not cover defects caused by client misuse, normal wear and tear, or third-party interference.
6.3 Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials, fixtures, or appliances are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions.
All designs, drawings, concepts, and documentation produced by LuxRenov8 remain the intellectual property of LuxRenov8 until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, the client receives a licence to use the designs for the specified project only.
Photographs and videos of completed projects may be used by LuxRenov8 for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the client provides written objection before project handover.
8.1 LuxRenov8's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a project shall not exceed the total value of fees paid by the client for that specific project.
8.2 LuxRenov8 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of income, business interruption, or loss of use of property.
8.3 LuxRenov8 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or third-party failures.
9.1 The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of specific results.
9.2 You agree not to misuse our website by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or scraping content without permission.
9.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
